# Non-Custodial Staking

SharedStake brings new non-custodial staking.&#x20;

This relies on an external contract address as the preset withdrawal address on ETH1.

This is controlled by the multisig.

And used for ETH validator deposits.&#x20;

Therefore no admin can ever gain access to user funds.&#x20;
