Custodial nature of ETH2 staking

Sharedstake v1 is custodial as is CREAM, Lido, Stafi and every other staking solution other than Stakewise or solo staking.

All these protocols launched before a pre-set ETH1 withdrawal could be set, necessitating the custodial nature.

Sharedstake v2 plans to be non-custodial with a preset ETH1 withdrawal address.
